What you choose to send
Request forms collect your name, the phone number or email you supply, your message, and any location, timing, budget or photos you add. A&A Junk uses these details to review and respond to your request. Please don’t upload identity documents, financial information, or photos of people without their permission.
Where it goes
Requests and attachments are stored in A&A Junk’s private business records on JOYserver’s hosting infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized administration. Photos are not automatically published. A request does not create a customer account or subscribe you to marketing.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter requests require your separate, explicit consent. No newsletter is being sent yet. The confirmation page provides a private link to withdraw a new request; keep that link. If you already requested a subscription, call John to change or remove it.
Cookies and outside links
A necessary, temporary first-party cookie protects request forms. We use no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or embedded maps. Your network address is used in a keyed, temporary abuse-prevention counter. Facebook and map providers receive information when you choose to open their websites, under their own policies.
Questions or removal requests
Call John at 814-316-2695 about your information or to request correction or removal. This first release does not accept payments. Raccoon Account uses the canonical JOY Account identity system for account creation, email verification, login and recovery. It grants no business-management access automatically. Customer favorites, purchases and account-based shopping features are not active.
